Maybe this is my naivety speaking, but I wish everyone would just let everyone else be. This whole new world of categorization is getting a little messy, with all the scene kids, indie fucks, hipsters, etc and now we have subcategories of indie kid type I, type II, type whatever. I thought these labels were just for fun, but everyone seems to be taking them way too seriously. What happened to just listening and enjoying music? to wearing what ever we want because we want to? Why is there so much pressure to have a label? I can say right now that I am whoever the fuck I want to be.
